Return & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is always our topmost priority. In case If you receive a product that you are not completely satisfied with, you have the option to return it for an exchange, replacement, or refund. For exchange and replacement, delivery charge may apply.

While it’s rare for our customers to receive damaged products, there may be instances where expectations aren’t met due to unforeseen circumstances. We value the trust between our customers and us, and to strengthen this bond, we offer you the option to return products in the case of damage or design errors. In such instances, we will provide you with fresh products.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • All items for return or exchange must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Refund or replacement is subject to inspection and verification by the Cotton & Comfy team.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund without any questions.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charge are non-refundable.

Reasons for returns & replacement

  • Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Size mismatch for clothing (Note: This policy applies only if the delivered clothing size differs from what is mentioned in the invoice).
  • Color mismatch for clothing.
  • Incorrectly printed clothing (e.g., front/back design mismatch, wrong design, incorrect design placement).
  • Wrong product sent.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact the Cotton & Comfy Customer Care team by emailing support@cottonandcomfy.com or calling our support number within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, we will conduct a quality check of the product, and if the return reason is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or proceed with a refund.
